We have issued a return policy which is valid in case if we have failed to completely satisfy you with any product because of a flaw in design, quality or workmanship, (b) unacceptable quality or defect in fitting.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

We will be glad to provide you a refund, replacement or exchange on goods given back within a span of seven days of delivery, if they are in original, unused and unopened condition.

Products purchased online are not subjected to return or exchange. You are required to follow the 4 key steps mentioned below for an ease of return or exchange of products you have purchased from Yallamums:

‘Return Policy A’ – In case of any manufacturing defect found in the product. Yallamums will be held responsible for the delivery charges.

Step 1.

Firstly you have to email us your contact details to our customer service team at  support@yallamums.com in order to inform our executives about product and reasons why you want a return. You are required to provide complete details of the customer order code, which is mentioned during documentation that reaches to you with the order along with specifications of the product which you want to return or get exchanged. You have to inform yallamums.com within 3 days about the defect and that you want to initiate the return process.

Step 2.

After you are being confirmed on the acceptance of the return ensure that you mention a suitable action for return of the item, be it a replacement, refund or exchange. Also you must consider the fact that as you request for a return you must guarantee that the return package is enfolded securely in the particular outer packaging, in which it was wrapped when it was first delivered. Customer needs to make sure to dispatch the item back within 7 working days back to the company.

Step 3.

Now you must schedule the return date and timing with the courier service provider, our customer care unit has assigned. You should provide us everything associated with the purchase of goods along with the original packaging.

Step 4.

All the returned goods will be further inspected upon receipt. You will also be notified, if in any case we are not able to offer the refunds, exchanges or replacement if the product we have delivered has been previously opened or if it has been used. We will start with the return process as soon as we notify you by email. We ask for 15 working days for the refund, replacement or exchange process to complete. The refund will be paid by Yallamums as soon as possible via original payment procedure within 15 working days.

Furthermore, we give you the legal rights to cancel your order, if it has not been shipped already. You may cancel an order by logging in from the account. If the order has already been shipped or is ready to be dispatched, your order will be considered under the “returns policy B” mentioned.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 9-15 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
